أو القناعة وغيرها من الصفات، يحاول آبائهم وأجدادهم زرع القيم الجيدة فيهم، ومحاولة التخلص من
تلك السيئة، وأفضل طريقة لقيام بهذه المهمة في هذا العمر الصغير تكون من خلال حكاية بعض
القصص القصيرة لهم، ونظرًا لأن الأطفال بفطرتهم يميلون إلى الأنانية وحب امتلاك كل الأشياء، فيكون

The Goose that laid Golden Eggs
One day there was a poor farmer living in a small village with his wife, and one day the farmer went to buy a goose, he was thinking that the goose would lay eggs, he and his wife would eat from it, then he could sell the rest of it to get money, then the farmer took the goose to his house, and he built a nest for her to lay eggs in.
And the next day the farmer went in the morning to the nest to see if the goose had already laid eggs or not, but he was very surprised, because the goose had laid one egg, but it was a golden egg. The farmer was very happy and went to the town market and sold the golden egg at a high price. Every day the goose laid one golden egg, and the farmer sold it, until he made a great fortune, but the richer and richer the farmer became by selling gold, the more greedy he became as well.
One day the farmer and his wife were sitting talking together, and the wife said, “If we can take all the eggs that are inside the goose, we may be richer sooner.”
